2. Entry Requirements

Access to NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD events is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years or older. Management may request and verify valid photo identification at any time, including upon entry and during the event. Entry may be refused or revoked if satisfactory identification is not provided or where entry policies are not met.

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with age restrictions, house rules, or these Terms and Conditions. Where removal occurs due to non-compliance, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD is under no obligation to provide a refund or credit.

3. Event Participation and Offline Table Games

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD offers immersive offline entertainment experiences that may include poker, roulette, and blackjack table games as part of our themed restaurant nights. All activities are for entertainment, social, and experiential purposes only. They are not conducted as gambling services and must not be treated as such.

No event involves or permits real-money gambling, monetary wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or the awarding of financial prizes, cash equivalents, or tokens redeemable for money. Any chips, points, or tallies used during an event are purely symbolic or experiential and hold no monetary value inside or outside the venue.

Guests must not attempt to introduce real-money stakes, side bets, or any financial incentives into the activities. NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD staff may immediately suspend or terminate participation where such behaviour is observed, and may remove guests from the premises where necessary to protect the offline entertainment and dining focus of the experience.

4. Group, Private, and Corporate Bookings

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD welcomes group dinners, private celebrations, and corporate social programmes, all of which require advance reservation. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD outlining your event details, inclusions, and any applicable deposit requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation carefully and ensuring that all information, including dates, times, guest numbers, menu choices, and entertainment formats, is accurate. Any requested changes may be subject to availability, additional charges, and updated terms to be agreed with NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD in writing.

By proceeding with a group, private, or corporate booking, you warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of your group or organisation and that all attending guests are made aware of, and agree to comply with, these Terms and Conditions.

5. Guest Conduct and Safety

All guests must follow event guidelines, staff instructions, and house rules at all times. NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for guests and staff, and expects behaviour that aligns with this commitment.

Unruly, disruptive, or dangerous conduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, excessive intoxication, or interference with staff operations, may result in immediate removal from the premises. Where removal is due to misconduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund, credit, or alternative booking will be provided.

Guests must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others, particularly within dining areas, near entertainment tables, and when moving through the venue. You agree to notify staff promptly if you observe any unsafe behaviour or hazards during your visit.

6. Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, including group dinners, private celebrations, and corporate events. The nature, amount, and due date of any deposit will be specified in your booking confirmation or proposal.

Cancellations, reductions in numbers, or significant changes to event details must be made in accordance with the timelines and conditions specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, partial charges, or full event fees, as outlined in your specific booking terms.

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events where necessary due to factors such as venue availability, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD will provide options which may include rebooking to an alternative date or issuing a refund of deposits paid, subject to applicable Australian law.

7. Media, Photography, and Privacy

NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings during events for promotional, marketing, and brand documentation purposes. These materials may be used in, but are not limited to, websites, social media, digital campaigns, and printed collateral.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify our staff upon arrival or at any time during the event. We will take reasonable steps to respect your preference, including adjusting camera angles or avoiding identifiable shots where practical.

Personal information collected in connection with your booking and attendance, including contact details and any special requirements, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD, its owners, and staff are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests in connection with attendance at our venue or participation in our offline entertainment activities, except where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

Participation in all NAXSOL ENTERPRISES LTD activities, including at table entertainment and themed experiences, is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own health, comfort levels, and any limitations before taking part in activities, and for supervising any guests you are responsible for, such as members of a corporate group or private function.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
